When you make a purchase, Winsense sends the payment details needed to create and process the transaction to NOWPayments. NOWPayments processes the payment according to its own privacy policy. Winsense receives and stores transaction information needed to provide digital access, prevent fraud, maintain records, and support customers. Winsense does not store your payment-card details.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This site stores your consent choice in browser local storage under winsense-cookie-consent. The value records whether you selected Accept or Decline in the cookie-consent notice.

The site does not use analytics or advertising services.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with Supabase for authentication. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep account information while your account remains active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
