Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of winsense.dev and the services provided by Winsense ("Services").

Winsense is operated by Yorlam.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must provide permission.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been used without authorization.

4. Products and Purchases

Purchases are subject to applicable processor terms and policies.

5. Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, digital purchases are final after a license key or digital access has been delivered. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact Winsense support through the Winsense Discord server. Winsense will review the issue and may provide a replacement where appropriate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for an unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Share, resell, distribute, or transfer products unless we give written permission.
• Use the Services in a way that harms other users or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their content, branding, software, and features, are owned by Winsense or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership rights in the Services.

8. Suspension and Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, use the Services unlawfully, or create a risk to Winsense, other users, or third parties. You can stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Winsense does not make warranties about the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Winsense will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that result from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Governing Law

The governing law and dispute-resolution terms will be published before paid services are made available.

12. Changes to These Terms

We can update these Terms from time to time. If we update these Terms, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
